good, dark ink
I have used this ink for Chinese brush painting and Gyotaku on many different types of rice papers. This ink is very good and a dark rich black. I recommend it.

Smaller bottle very nice for taking somewhere. Dark ink.
I was very happy to find a smaller bottle of ink like this. The ink is very black, and my sumi instructor actually has her students dilute the ink with some water, so it really goes a long way.

I have been using this ink for practice and final calligraphy work. It is smooth and goes on very well. I had been grinding ink for practice, but found that using liquid ink allowed me to save time and practice more calligraphy.
