Terms & Condition


Payment

We accept business checks, money orders, gift certificates, visa and master card. Personal check has to be cleared before shipment is made. Returned check will be charged $20.00 processing fee. Payments must be made at the time of order. Corporate accounts carry net 30 days term. No C.O.D. shipment.

Prices Subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in our catalog and on the website. We will contact you if price difference exceeds 5% of total sale price. Washington residents are subject to 8.8% sales tax.

Assembly/Packaging

We pack all shipments with great care and triple security check. Due to difficulty in packing rice papers, all papers orders require minimum order of 10 (same or assorted). Be aware that rice paper may come with folding lines but it doesn't affect quality of the paper at all. We may ship paper in roll upon special request.

Returns

Request has to be made within 30 days after receipt of the merchandises. Please call or email for instructions. Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs. If return is a result of customer order error, there's 10% restocking fee.

Back Orders

Occasionally we experience out-or-stock situations. Prices will be adjusted and won’t be charged for a back order item. We will notify you time frame of back order item(s) and ship out via surface.
