Splash Ink with Watercolor is Ming Franz's own creation. She demonstrates her style which is a blending of Chinese black ink and western water colors. Splashing the ink on rice paper produces an abstract which can be variously interpreted. The artist must look at the abstract for a while to let the colors speak. The creativity is in the mind if the artist who adds finishing touches from Eastern or Western tradition for a unique new expression.
